摘要:
光辐射计量以其独有的特性被广泛的应用于各行各业,从近期的国际比对来看,光辐射参数的计量测试占有相当重要的地位,参数涉及越来越多。从最初的坎德拉到应用广泛的温度、功率及辐射照度等,体现了光辐射计量技术快速发展的同时,也体现了光辐射技术在各个领域的广泛应用。本文主要介绍以探测器为基础的新型的光辐射量传系统,该系统主要以低温辐射计为基准,以各种标准探测器、辐射计等为传递标准对辐射的各个专业进行量值传递,并简要说明了现阶段光辐射计量面临的新问题及其新的发展方向。

abstract: radiation metrology has been widely applied in many fields for their particularity.from the latest international comparison,radiation metrology measurement has very important station,parameters that have been chosen to compare are more and more,from the basic illuminant intensity to radiation temperature and power and radiation irradiance etc.it shows that radiation metrology technology has rapidly developed and widely applied in many fields.this paper primarily introduced the new radiation transfer system of detector.this system was based on cryogenic radiometry,using detectors and radiometers for value dissemination for different specialty of radiation and briefly introduced some new problems and development that radiation metrology faced.
