摘要:

我国局放测试设备主要采用低频技术,应用于大型水轮发电机存在测试数据波动性较大和局放识别困难等问题,而适用于大型水轮发电机的高频局放试验平台处于长期缺失状态。为此,该文基于海量数据分步处理架构搭建高频局放硬件平台,提出一种全新的局放特征信号重构算法,通过时域特征进行有效脉冲划分,完整提取出局放特征信息,同时大幅度削减数据量。根据该文所提方法开发一套高频局放测试系统,与传统局放仪进行对比实验分析。水轮发电机老化线棒实验室测试验证该文所提方法的有效性和优越性,局放测试波动值为4.8%,远低于传统局放仪的57.3%。真机试验中检测出一例典型绝缘缺陷,工程应用效果显著,具有一定的推广应用价值。

abstract: in our country partial discharge test mainly uses the low frequency technique. applied to large hydroelectric generator, there are some problems such as the test data volatility is relatively high and fault recognition is difficult. however, the high frequency test platform which is suitable for large hydroelectric generator is missing in the long time. in this paper,the hardware platform for high frequency partial discharge test is built based on the step-by-step processing architecture of massive data, a new reconstruction algorithm of partial discharge feature signal is proposed.the partial discharge feature information is extracted completely through the effective pulse partition of time domain features, and the data amount is greatly reduced.according to the method proposed in this paper, a high frequency partial discharge test system is developed and compared with the traditional partial discharge instrument.the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed method are verified by the laboratory test of hydro-generator aging bar. the fluctuation value of partial discharge test is 4.8%, which is much lower than 57.3% of the traditional partial discharge instrument.a typical insulation defect was detected in the real hydro-generator test. the effect of engineering application is remarkable, and it has certain value of popularization and application.
