摘要:
金属幕墙是典型的建筑幕墙结构之一,大量使用在机场、剧院、高层楼宇等建筑结构中。面对于数量庞大、个体差异性大等特点的金属幕墙,传统目视检测法和接触式振动检测法无法实现快速有效检测其安全性的目的。研究首先剖析与金属幕墙安全性相关的振动方差和斜度两种动力学特征参数,同时采用远程激光测振仪(ldv)和常规接触式振动传感设备对深圳机场金属幕墙进行人为松动约束螺母的试验验证,对测试结果进行对比分析。结果表明,非接触式的ldv设备与接触式的振动传感设备测试结果具有良好的一致性,其振动方差和斜度相对误差最大为9.8%;松动金属幕墙约束螺母个数由2个增加至8个时,其安全性降低,其振动方差变化率由0.36增加至4.90,斜度变化率由0.48减小至0.18。结合动力特征参数作为幕墙安全判别的检测指标,非接触式的激光测振技术可作为工程安全快速检测中的有效工具。

abstract: metal curtain wall is one of the typical building curtain wall structure, which is used in building structures such as airports, theaters, high-rise buildings. for metal curtain wall with a large number of large, individual differences, traditional visual detection methods and contact vibration detection methods cannot achieve fast and efficient detection of its safety. firstly, vibration variance and slope two dynamics characteristics parameters related to metal curtain wall safety in this study is analyzed. at the same time, remote laser doppler vibration (ldv) and conventional contact vibration sensor equipment were used to test the safety state of the curtain wall under nut loose. the results show that the test results of the non-contact ldv equipment and the contact type vibration sensing equipment have good consistency, and the vibration variance and the relative error of the slope are at most 9.8%; the number of loose metal curtain wall restraint nuts is increased from 2 to 8, its safety is reduced, its vibration variance change rate is increased from 0.36 to 4.90, and its slope change rate is reduced from 0.48 to 0.18. combined with dynamic characteristic parameters as the detection index of curtain wall safety discrimination, non-contact laser vibration measurement technology can be used as an effective tool in the rapid detection of engineering safety.
